4 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (9-inch) pie crust, unbaked
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs slightly, then beat in sugar, salt, vanilla, nutmeg and milk.
Pour into crust and bake 40 minutes.
