Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    minced onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook squash in small amount of water until tender. Add onion. Heat soup in 1/2 cup water in saucepan. Alternate layers of squash, cheese, soup and crackers.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
