Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
Preparation
    Jell the Jell-O and water about 20 minutes in freezer.
    Beat until fluffy and add remaining ingredients.
    Cut into squares.
