Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix everything together until smooth.
Add a little water to mixture until it looks like heavy cream.
Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Put 1 teaspoon meat drippings into each muffin tin hole.
Heat drippings in oven until it starts to smoke.
Pour batter into tins.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 5 to 9.
