Pineapple Casserole(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. canned pineapple chunks
    2/3 c. sugar
    5 tsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Place drained pineapple chunks in a greased 9 x 12-inch casserole dish/pan.
    In a small bowl, mix sugar and flour. Sprinkle over pineapple.
    Layer grated cheese, then cracker crumbs.
    Drizzle melted butter over all.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
