Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 potatoes, diced, cooked and drained
1 med onion, chopped
2-3 stalks of celery, chopped
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
3-4 slices of bacon, fried till crispy (optional)
4 c milk (approximately)
salt and pepper to taste
chicken broth
Preparation

Peel potatoes, dice, cook and drain.
Cook onion and celery together, drain.
