Polynesian Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped mandarin orange slices
1/2 c. chopped Macadamia nuts or pecans
gingersnaps
Preparation

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, pineapple, sugar, oranges and half of the nuts in a bowl; mix well.
Spoon into serving dish. Chill until serving time.
Sprinkle with remaining nuts.
Serve with gingersnaps.
