Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

4 to 6 chops
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 large tomato
1 1/2 c. long grain rice
1 can beef broth soup
Tony Chachere's original Creole seasoning
Preparation

Brown pork chops seasoned with Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning.\tSpray or grease 13 x 9-inch casserole. Place raw rice in bottom of casserole and place chops on top of rice.
