Grape Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry (for 2 pies)
    5 1/2 c. Concord grapes
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/3 tsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    1 1/3 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Remove skins from grapes.
    Save skins.
    Put pulp into a saucepan without water and bring to a rolling boil.
    While hot, run through colander to remove seed.
    Mix pulp with skins.
    Mix together sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.
    Then mix lightly through the grapes.
    Pour grapes into pastry lined pan.
    Dot with butter.
    Cover with top crust.
    Bake until brown and juice is bubbling through crust slits.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
