Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 pkg. seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    whole celery
    onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (do not use Golden mushroom soup)
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts in water with 1 stalk celery and 1/2 onion for about 1 hour.
    Remove chicken from bones.
    Grease casserole dish.
    Place chicken pieces in bottom.
    Pour about 1 cup cooking liquid into mushroom soup and pour over chicken.
    Melt butter in 1 cup cooking liquid and mix with stuffing.
    Spread over chicken mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
