Chicken Broccoli With Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
    chicken broth
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. pasteurized processed cheese spread, cubed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package directions, using chicken broth in place of water.
    Saute onions and celery in oil.
    Mix sauteed vegetables, cooked rice, broccoli, chicken and pepper.
    Pour into a greased 4-quart casserole.
    Combine cheese and soup in a small saucepan and heat over low flame until cheese melts.
    Pour over chicken mixture.
    Top with bread crumbs and bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
