Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 ripe avocados
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tomato, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and cube avocados.
    Mash and stir in garlic salt, pepper and lemon juice.
    Add finely chopped onion and tomatoes, if desired, serve as a dip with tortilla chips or over burritos.
