Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. almond paste
    2 c. sugar
    6 egg whites
    2/3 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Cover cookie sheets with brown paper.
    Using hands or food processor, soften almond paste.
    Blend in order.
    Drop by teaspoon or force through a cookie press onto covered cookie sheets.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Lay paper linings on very damp cloth. Let stand about 30 minutes after baking.
    Let cool and peel off the macaroons.
