Crabmeat Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, softened
    6 1/2 oz. crabmeat, flaked
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (8 oz.) jar pasteurized process cheese spread
    1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    6 English muffins
Preparation
    Mix together the butter, crabmeat, mayonnaise, garlic salt and cheese and spread on muffins.
    If you are preparing this ahead, place spread muffins on a baking tin.
    Wrap and freeze.
    When ready to serve, cut each half into quarters and broil until golden brown.
    This makes about 48 servings.
