Spicy Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. wheat germ
    2 Tbsp. chopped chilies
    1/4 tsp. basil, dried
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 to 6 whole wheat English muffins, toasted
    tomato slices
    Cheddar cheese slices
    minced parsley
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients and mound on muffin halves. On each muffin, place a slice of tomato and crisscross with 2 strips of sliced Cheddar cheese.
    Broil for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
