Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size eggplant
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    pinch of salt
    Provolone and Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Slice eggplant approximately 1/2-inch thick.
    Flour.
    Brown. Mix hamburger and remaining ingredients thoroughly.
    Take hamburg mixture and cover each eggplant individually.
    Layer eggplant with either or both Mozzarella or Provolone cheese.
    Cover with spaghetti sauce.
    Season with Italian seasonings.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
