Sweet Potatoes And Apricots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 sweet potatoes, cooked and sliced
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. apricot juice
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can apricots
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Place potatoes in oblong baking dish.
    Drain apricots, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
    Place apricots over potatoes.
    Combine in saucepan the sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, apricot juice and orange juice.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Remove from heat and add butter and pecans.
    Pour over potatoes and apricots.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
