Plantation Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    5 Tbsp. butter
    3 c. milk (1 c. broth may be used)
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    meat from 2 fryers or 5 lb. hen
Preparation
    Boil chicken until meat falls off bone.
    Cook celery in broth. Saute
    onions
    and pepper in butter until tender.\tAdd flour and milk; stir well until thickened.
    Add soup, stirring constantly until thickened (like a white sauce).
    Add chicken, celery\tand pimento.
    Salt to taste.
    Serve over already baked Pepperidge Farm pastry shells.
