Tuna Pocket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. 1% cottage cheese
    2/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
    4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 (6-inch) pita pockets, cut in half
    1 1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
Preparation
    Process cottage cheese until smooth; add next 6 ingredients. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Can bake 15 minutes wrapped in foil or serve cold.
