Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick melted margarine
6 ripe bananas, sliced
2 eggs
2 c. confectioners sugar
2 sticks soft margarine
1 large can drained crushed pineapple
1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs and 1 stick margarine.
Pat into an oblong baking dish.
Cover with bananas.
Blend the eggs, confectioners sugar and 2 sticks margarine for 15 minutes.
Pour over bananas. Spread pineapple over this.
Cover with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle with pecans and decorate with cherries. Chill and serve in squares.
