Cheese Potato Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 medium potatoes
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1 to 1 1/4 c. milk
    3/4 to 1 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes in salt water until tender; drain and mash thoroughly.
    Add butter, cheese, milk and salt.
    Heat until butter and cheese are melted.
    Fold in 2 eggs, beaten, to the cheese and potatoes.
