Breaded Dandelion Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. powdered milk
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    16 large, fresh dandelion blossoms
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients.
    Gently wash the flowers and drain.
    Do not pat them dry.
    Carefully coat them with the batter.
    Deep fry to a light golden brown.
