Chicken And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
    1 box Uncle Ben's fast cooking wild rice
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small pkg. slivered almonds (optional)
    1/2 c. mushrooms (optional)
    salt and pepper as desired
Preparation
    Prepare rice per box instructions.
    With remaining margarine, saute onion and mushrooms.
    Mix chicken, soup, onion and mushrooms together; add to rice mixture.
    Stir in almonds, reserving several for later.
    Pour into casserole dish; top with remaining almonds. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
