Southern Fried Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    catfish fillets
    salt and pepper
    4 c. flour
    1 c. cornmeal
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Preheat oil to 350\u00b0. Sprinkle both sides of catfish with seasoning. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and the cornmeal. Dredge the fillets in the flour mixture and place in the hot oil. Deep-fry for 7 to 8 minutes, until done. Drain onto paper towels.
