Baked Chicken With Rice And Corn Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer (about 2 1/2 lb.), quartered
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and ground black pepper
    1/4 lb. pork sausage meat
    3/4 c. sliced green onions (including tops)
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    3 c. cooked rice, cooked in chicken broth
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation
    Brush chicken with butter and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Bake in shallow casserole, skin side up, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
