Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. red food coloring
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cream together Wesson oil and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat.
    Mix cocoa, food coloring and vanilla; add vinegar together.
    Combine these; add flour that has been sifted with salt and soda alternately with buttermilk to mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 3 cake pans that have been greased and dusted with flour.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove and cool on cake racks and ice.
