14 Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together; add sugar and oil, mixing well.
Beat in eggs.
Add carrots, drained pineapple and nuts.
Spoon batter into 3 (10-inch) round layer pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
Spread frosting between layers and on top of cake.
