Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 carrots, grated
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
    Add pineapple (undrained).
    Mix cream cheese with milk and beat until smooth, then add to jell-O and pineapple mixture.
    Add grated carrots and vinegar.
    Pour in mold and chill.
