Fresh Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. water
3 to 4 fresh tomatoes
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. minced onions
salt, pepper and oregano
Preparation

Mix water and Bisquick and spread in 9-inch pie plate.
Slice tomatoes over Bisquick.
Mix shredded cheese, onions and mayonnaise and spread over tomatoes.
Add a dash of salt, pepper and oregano and bake in 350\u00b0 oven
for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
