Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sour milk
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Mix together first three ingredients into crumbs; save about 1 cup of crumbs for top.
    Add other ingredients to crumb mixture. Sprinkle saved cup of crumbs on top of cakes.
    Bake about 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
