Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise (may use light)
1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing (may use light)
2 tomatoes, sliced
1/4 c. pumpernickel or rye bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Spoon undrained sauerkraut into a 1 1/2-quart microwave-safe baking dish.
Layer with corned beef and cheese.
Mix mayonnaise and salad dressing in small bowl until blended.
Spread over cheese.
Top with tomato slices.
Toss bread crumbs with butter in bowl.
Sprinkle over tomatoes.
Microwave on Medium for 12 to 14 minutes; let stand a few minutes before serving.
(May bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes instead of cooking in microwave.)
