Caleb'S Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes (about 6 medium)
    1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Have your mommie boil and mash the potatoes.
    Beat in the milk in small amounts.
    Add margarine, salt and pepper; beat vigorously until potatoes are light and fluffy.
    Delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner, at least, I think so.
    Serve with Ritz crackers.
