Ship Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. fresh raw shrimp (in shell)
    4 cups water
    2 Tbsp salt
Preparation
    Peel Shrimp. Make a lengthwise slit down back of each shrimp to expose and wash sand vein. Heat water to a boil, then add shrimp and salt. Cover and heat to boil again.
    Reduce heat to simmer. Simmer 5 minutes. Drain.
