Roasted Potatoes With Garlic And Herbs* - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. small red potatoes, quartered
    2 large garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil (extra virgin preferably)
    2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, tarragon or dill, minced
Preparation
    In a large baking pan, toss potatoes with garlic, oil and herbs.
    Salt and pepper to taste and roast in the middle of a preheated hot oven, 500\u00b0, stirring once, for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
