Puffy Fish Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. canned fish, drained or 1 lg. can salmon
1/2 c. crushed cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
flour to dredge patties
Preparation

Heat oil in frying pan. Mix all ingredients together except flour. Scoop by spoonful. Press into patties and dredge in flour. Fry in skillet to golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serves 6.
