Scalloped Potatoes And Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
6 lean trimmed pork chops
Preparation

In a skillet, blend flour into melted margarine and add milk, stirring until smooth and thickened.
Add salt, pepper, mustard and onion.
Stir and set aside.
Season chops with salt and pepper to taste.
Broil chops until slightly browned.
Place in single layer in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Place half of the potatoes over chops and cover with half the sauce.
Add remaining potatoes and remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Uncover and bake until top is browned (about 5 minutes).
