Mandarin Orange Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, or butter
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 can 11 oz. mandarin oranges segments (drained)
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Heat 1/2 c.
butter in 9x13 pan, in oven until melted.
Sprinkle with brown sugar.
Arrange orange segments over brown sugar. Sprinkle with coconut.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Stir pecans into batter.
Pour carefully into pan.
Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in center.
Immediately turn upside down onto heat proof serving platter. Leave pan over cake 1 minute.
Cool completely.
