Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. mushrooms (fresh)
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 lb. lean hamburger, fried and drained
    1/4 c. onion
    1 egg or substitute
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms; break off stems and put in bowl; set aside stems.
    Rinse caps again and put on cookie sheet upside down or bottoms up.
