Sweet And Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. pork spareribs
    3 Tbsp. shoyu
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ginger juice
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soak spareribs in a mixture of shoyu, 1 teaspoon salt, ginger and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
    Line shallow baking pan with foil. Spread ribs on pan and bake in a 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 oven until brown (15 minutes).
