Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 or 14 oz.) bag frozen vegetables
    1 chopped onion
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    2 c. Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed on package.
    Drain and put in casserole dish.
    Add onion, cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Add chestnuts and mix well.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Mix cracker crumbs and butter; spread over vegetable mixture.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
