German Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sour milk
    2 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar with oil.
    Add flour, sugar, salt and nutmeg. Mix well.
    Add sour milk and eggs.
    Add baking powder and baking soa; mix.
    Pour into large greased cake pan.
    Sprinkle topping on top of batter.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
