Blueberry Banana Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. white flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine, softened
2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. mashed bananas (2 medium)
2 c. applesauce
1 c. blueberries

Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cream margarine, sugar and egg until light and fluffy.
Alternately add dry ingredients, bananas and applesauce.
Fold in blueberries.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
