Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. seasoned sausage (bulk)
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, chopped fine
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    mushrooms, green beans, corn, etc. (optional additions)
Preparation
    Cook sausage; drain off fat.
    Mix in casserole with the other ingredients.
    Brown bread crumbs in margarine and garlic salt. Cover casserole with these bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
