Stir-Fry Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed chicken
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cooking wine
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/3 c. green onions
    1/3 c. green pepper
    1/3 c. sliced carrots
    2/3 c. cashew halves
    Ramen noodles
Preparation
    Marinate chicken in salt, wine, cornstarch, soy sauce and water for 20 minutes.
    Heat oil in wok or frying pan.
    Stir-fry chicken for several minutes.
    Move aside and add vegetables. Stir-fry until desired tenderness.
    Toss together with cashews. Cook until chicken is done.
    Serve over Ramen noodles.
