Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    nuts (optional)
    4 real ripe bananas
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix margarine, sugar, eggs, vanilla and bananas together with a potato masher.
    Mix until smooth.
    Mix in flour, milk and nuts. Beat or mash vigorously.
    Pour into graham cracker pie shell. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
