Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening or fat
1 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. chili
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. minced onion or salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can water
1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation

Brown hamburger meat in separate skillet.
Brown onion in hot fat.
Stir in flour, then stir in other ingredients and cook, stirring until medium thickness.
