Grandma'S Scalloped Potatoes(For A Large Group) - cooking recipe

1 large can cream of mushroom soup
2 regular size cans Cheddar cheese soup
1 lb. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
milk
10 lb. potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Layer potatoes, soups and cheese in Nesco roaster.
Cover with enough milk so you can see it come to the top of the potatoes.
Start at 400\u00b0 and turn down to 300\u00b0 when it starts to bubble.
Cook for about another 3 to 4 hours or until potatoes are fork-tender.
