Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

approximately 3 yellow squash
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
dash of paprika
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Cook squash.
Drain well.
Combine sour cream, cheese, butter, salt and paprika.
Cook over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is smooth.
Add egg yolks and onion.
Blend well and combine squash.
Pour into casserole and cover with crumbled cracker crumbs.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
