Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 c. applesauce
2 c. raisins
1 c. pecans
1 egg
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. allspice
2 tsp. soda
3 c. plain flour

Preparation

Warm the applesauce.
Cream butter and sugar; add egg and mix well.
Add applesauce.
Sift flour, spices and soda together.
Add slowly to applesauce mixture.
Mix well.
Add nuts and raisins. Bake in 325\u00b0 oven.
