Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. creamery butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream butter, Crisco and flavoring.
    Add sugar and then eggs, one at a time.
    Add dry ingredients and milk.
    Start cake in cold oven.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours.
